I suck, but have also been riding every day since Monday so maybe not so bad. Still I should of ridden for an hour instead of sleeping all day...

Turkey For Me
So I put in a whopping extra 30 minutes today. Nice ha. That will make all the difference... Just kidding of course. There is still another whole "Prep" week before training actually starts. Right now I'm practicing my training consistency and not really focused on ride time.
