Too Much

So I got in a nice ride today with Danny B. and Carl F. Carl had a route plotted out in is head that ultimately destroyed both him and Dan. We basically did a partial of the covered bridge ride backwards via Old Antonia. There was a 3 tier hill that got steeper and steeper at every level. I had never been that far off of the normal route before and may find myself looking for that one again. It wasn't quite as long as the three main climbs of the ride but it was much steeper.

Punishment

So today is the day to reconcile the training debt that I acquired over the past week. Nothing big just a tad longer than the scheduled 1.5 hours. I don't normally do "make up" days but in this case I think it was well deserved.
